Quickbooks online provides the flexibility to serve our members while onsite or at an event. As the business owner, it gives me the ability to check all aspects of the business right from my phone.
ADP Payroll
ADP is amazing at managing our payroll, employee taxes, and 401k retirement plan. We tried three other services before finding ADP and they removed all the stress in what can be a complicated process.
American Express Platinum
We have had an AMEX Platnum card since day one and it has allowed us to make big and small purchases to help grow the business. You get lots of usable points and other rewards that are truly helpful such as discounts with vendors or use points to pay the bill or Amazon purchases.

Active Campaign
Automate your email marketing, build lists, and track KPI’s so you can concentrate on running the business. We use it with Survey Monkey and Zapier to automate our customer experience.
Survey Monkey
We use Survey Monkey for our tour check in survey and member surveys. The info we collect from tour guests goes into Active Campaign so we can follow up with emails and phone calls. We also track our tour to enrollment ratio.
Meetup.com
We manage our events and promote classes using multiple Meetup groups. It works great for local audiences and people love the interface.

Autodesk Fusion 360
Fusion is the most popular CAD program in our shop because it is easy to learn and very powerful. Create complete mechanical designs or surface models that can be 3D printed or programmed for CNC machining using the built in CAM functionality.
CorelDraw
CorelDraw powers all of our laser etchers and is in our computer lab. Our members love it for creating new designs or modifying existing design for etching, printing, or flat patterns on our CNC router. It’s an incredibly powerful program and it is pretty easy to learn with good on line support.

When you need 3D printers and supplies Matter Hackers is the place to go. They live for 3D printing and test all the machines so they can provide the absolute best support and advice. They now have several locations across the US and can deliver quickly from their huge inventory. Have fun!
