When you join the 90-day ACCELERATOR program our goal is make you sustainable within 45 days as we evaluate your space, its operations, and team. By the end of 90 days our Accelerator members typically double their revenue, add a new stream of revenue, increase the size of their team, and provide significantly more value to their members and community.

INSIDE THE 3-MONTH PROGRAM
We are the team that supports you when everything is going crazy and you aren’t sure what the correct decision is. For 3-months you will have personalized weekly coaching sessions via Zoom or phone where we can focus on the specific challenges you are facing and how to get thru them. The bi-weekly group Question and Answer Zoom calls help you get answers fast from our team and the other members in the Makerspace Blueprint family. You will get access to all of the tools we use to transform makerspaces into successful enterprises so that they can achieve their mission and effect massive change.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Once enrolled in the ACCELERATOR program, our team will immediately work with you to create KPI’s for your previous 12 months, evaluate your pricing structure and revenue streams, create a budget projection, review class offerings, and layout your organization chart.
In the first week you will have actionable items that will start your makerspaces transformation. Our ACCELERATOR makerspaces typically increase revenue and profitability by 50-100% in the first 30 to 45 days. We do that by fixing what can be fixed, eliminating what isn’t working, and adding new revenue streams. Most makerspace will make enough to cover the cost of this program in the first 45 days and set themselves up to transformed over the next 12 months.
Once we have the business sustainable we can start to look at the operations, programming, and team. With the new customers and revenue, you will need to be able to support your customers and provide the maximum value to your members and students. We will help you to restructure your team, implement new programs, hire staff to prepare you for the next level where you can support all four of the Essential Revenue Pillars for Success.
At the end of 90-days, you have the option to license the Makerspace Blueprint operational materials, adult class curriculum, and youth program curriculum to take your makerspace to the next level.

PREQUISITES
- You must have an operating makerspace with members and staff
- You must be willing to dedicate yourself to the program full time for the duration of the program
- Must be willing to make changes and tough decisions
- Must have a Member Management System and accounting system in place
- Prior business or management experience will be very helpful.
